April 2026: Master Training of Staff members on Disability Inclusion.
In collaboration with our fantastic partners (Light For The World, and MasterCard Foundation), we successfully delivered a 2-day intensive workshop focused on building a cohort of Master Trainers on Disability Inclusion. Participants were faculty and staff from ALU and AIMS. The outcome is something we’re really proud of: we’ve now trained 12 Master Trainers who are ready to take this work forward across the organization.
April 2026: Leadership & Founder Wellness session.
We had a wonderful Leadership & Founder Wellness in-person session facilitated by Sarah Beston, a teacher, somatic practitioner, and educator whose work blends embodied awareness, mindfulness, and leadership. With over 15 years of experience across global classrooms, entrepreneurial spaces, and wellness communities, Sarah creates grounded, supportive environments that help people return to clarity, vitality, and inner alignment. This was a session to support leaders and founders to slow down and recalibrate their nervous system, as they reflect on their leadership from a place of awareness.
