Jennifer is a Psychologist, Researcher, and Writer, and holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Nairobi. She's been in the mental health profession for over half a decade, and her passion lies in helping people build, and live meaningful lives.
She works with individuals and groups to help them deal with wellbeing challenges such as grief, suicidal thoughts, imposter syndrome, getting unstuck, stress management, anger management, mood disorders, anxiety related disorders, self-awareness, personal identity, and adjusting to change, etc.
Led by a firm belief that there is no health without mental health, she focuses her energies, skills, and efforts on collaborating with you to cultivate a healthy mental environment that allows you to achieve your most ambitious goals. Reach out for support when you are ready.

Gianeswaree Caully (Gia) Is a Clinical Psychologist and holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rennes II – France. She is passionate about helping young people understand their thinking, feelings and actions and provide them with tools that will guide them through their lives.
Her drive to nurturing wellbeing has energized her 10 years journey of providing support to young people both in the healthcare and educational sectors.

Dr. Alphonse Nkurunziza is deeply committed to student wellness and holistic development, with a strong passion for supporting young people in building healthy habits that promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. He is particularly drawn to African Leadership University (ALU) because of its mission to deliver higher education for a higher purpose and its dedication to developing ethical, impact-driven leaders.
Dr. Nkurunziza holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Therapeutics from the University of Rwanda, as well as a Master’s degree in Special Education and Behavioural Disorders from Ghent University.
Guided by strong personal wellness values, he emphasizes the importance of adequate sleep and restorative rest as essential foundations for resilience, sustained performance, and overall well-being.

Ms. Belyse Mukayiranga is a registered nurse with extensive experience in clinical care and community health. She holds a Master’s Degree in Global Health Delivery from the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE).
Passionate about community health and wellness, she ensures a holistic approach to healthcare that integrates clinical expertise, preventive care, and health education. She chose to join ALU to support the health and well-being of Africa’s future ethical entrepreneurs, believing that good health is the foundation of success and the greatest form of wealth.
Ms. Mukayiranga believes that sustainable wellness comes from small, consistent steps whether through staying physically active, balanced meals, or regular health check-ups.
