Virtual Relaxation Room

Our virtual relaxation room is a space for students/alumni to engage with video and article resources which are based on their specified issues. Through the virtual relaxation room, users can reflect what they are feeling, thinking or seeing and be able to center themselves or get help from the team of wellness and peer counsellors.

Learn About Wellbeing

Wellbeing entails more than the absence of disease, a commitment to an exercise regimen or strict nutritional guidelines. It entails a unification of your physiological, physical, and transcendent state. In ALU, wellbeing is how you are able as an individual to harmonise all aspects of your life and influence others within your community to do the same. It is both individual and collective.

ALU Wellness helps all of us achieve this by giving a virtual wellness experience to all students and alumni and by giving our broader community of prospective students, guardians and the public a look at the university’s wellness plans and activities.
